The information that you give us and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information, Email and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources.This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient.
Our goal is to provide 100% accuracy in the pricing and availability of the products we sell on MaryMahoney.com, but we’re only human, so there may be an error on occasion.
If our published price is higher than the actual price of an item, we will charge you the lower price when your order is shipped, or issue you a refund if the error is discovered after shipping.
If our published price is lower than the actual price of an item, we will discuss this with you before shipping the order.
If an item is not available as stated online, we will contact you with an expected shipping date.
We do everything we can to make your shopping experience a positive one. We want you to be thrilled with our products and the ease with which you can shop online. If, however, you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we will issue you a store credit (excluding shipping charges), for up to 30 days from the date of the shipment.
Online purchases can be shipped back to us using the return label that accompanies your shipment or it can be returned to our store in Palm Beach.
Returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Special Order items and customized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for these items.
On the rare occasion that you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately at 561.655.8288. We will make arrangements with the carrier for the pick-up of the damaged merchandise and delivery of its replacement.
Please do not discard the shipping box the merchandise was shipped in or its packing materials. The carrier will want to inspect them when he/she returns.
